  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

  • Full payment must be made a week before your tour begins.

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer cancellations:

    • More than 14 days before tour: full/partial refund.

    • 14 days or less: no refund.

  • Operator cancellations:

    • If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

4. Itinerary Changes

We may adjust itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers have travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, medical needs, and lost property.

6. Liability

While we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Salam NZ Tours is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expenses caused by events beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We may refuse participation if safety could be compromised.

All food provided by Salam NZ Tours is halal. When using third-party providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure halal compliance.
